Project Description


More than 1000 anuran specimens from Costa Rica, housed in the University of Costa Rica (UCR) and UC Berkeley Museum of Vertebrate Zoology (MVZ) collections were swabbed for Bd. Swab samples were analyzed using qPCR in the Vredenburg lab at San Francisco State University and reported in PLOSONE.
